Same-Day Service Policy

 

ELIGIBILITY:
    • The Same-Day Service Guarantee applies to customers with an active service agreement and one hour from service center
    • Requests must be placed by 12:00 noon on a business day (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays)
    • Applies to printers, copiers, VoIP, surveillance systems, document management systems, and IT support services covered under our maintenance contracts.

 

SERVICE RESPONSE:
    • For eligible service requests received before the cut-off time, a certified technician will be dispatched the same day.
    • If we fail to meet our guarantee, customers may receive a service discount or account credit.

 

EXCLUSIONS:
    • Parts availability may impact repair completion times.
    • Extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may cause delays.
    • Custom IT solutions requiring extensive diagnostics may not be fully resolved on the same day, but will receive immediate attention.
