We've had a wonderful experience with Lockwood Moore, but especially with our point of contact, George Golbov. He's established a relationship with my entire office, and has an incredibly quick response time. If we need something that George can't do remotely, he'll typically show up within 30 minutes to help us. Lockwood Moore is able to receive meter readings automatically and anticipate when I’ll need new toner, which is covered under their low-cost maintenance contract. When I needed a larger copier/printer in 2020, I automatically called Lockwood Moore. I find Lockwood Moore to have excellent products and respond to any need I have.
