He's established a relationship with my entire office, and has an incredibly quick response time. In 2017, after going out for a competitive bid to lease a copier, I chose Lockwood Moore because of the pricing and positive experience I had with their representative. Lockwood Moore is able to receive meter readings automatically and anticipate when I’ll need new toner, which is covered under their low-cost maintenance contract. When I needed a larger copier/printer in 2020, I automatically called Lockwood Moore. I find Lockwood Moore to have excellent products and respond to any need I have.
