In 2017, after going out for a competitive bid to lease a copier, I chose Lockwood Moore because of the pricing and positive experience I had with their representative. Lockwood Moore is able to receive meter readings automatically and anticipate when I’ll need new toner, which is covered under their low-cost maintenance contract. When I needed a larger copier/printer in 2020, I automatically called Lockwood Moore. I find Lockwood Moore to have excellent products and respond to any need I have.

Your service is outstanding! Everyone at Lockwood Moore has such a great attitude and your entire staff is a pleasure to work with. Whenever an issue comes up you are on it right away, keeping our down time to a minimum. Not having to worry about maintenance or ink consumption is a great benefit. Our costs are predictable which makes pricing jobs straightforward.

Lockwood Moore’s employees are extremely knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. In particular, Harold Lambertson is always willing to help with advising us on technology. Mr. Moore personally comes by to check in on us to make sure we’re happy. We know we can call any time and receive prompt service.
