Patient, Knowledgeable and Good Humored

Lockwood Moore knows what's going on in IT. They understand what we have in place and they update our systems to maintain a smooth use of it all. Lockwood Moore works well with both the older and younger people in our office. They help us to know what we need to know without discounting what we do not understand. They are patient, available, and have a good sense of humor (even when I end up asking a question for the 100th time).
