This letter is to commend you for hiring - and for the services provided by - Mr. Michael Rybak. Mike came to our office to repair a copier that befuddled me and several other technicians over the last year, despite their valiant and diligent attempts to fix it. Specifically, the copier's auto-feeder had acquired an appetite for paper: eating pages before they could pass through and then spitting them out in crumpled pieces. Mike was both diligent and creative in hos approach. The result is an automatic feeder that has sworn off a paper diet, choosing to fast like a monastic monk at Lent. Thanks to all of the technicians who applied great efforts to repair the machine and, especially, to Mike who has heightened LMI's reputation in the eyes of this office.
